Why we built it
The same pattern kept turning up. A barber, a nail tech, a physio, a consultant — the working day ends, the shop closes, and the messages keep arriving. Are you free Friday? How much is this? Can I move my appointment? Every one takes a reply, and the ones that don't get a reply that night usually book somewhere else.
None of that is a scheduling problem. It's an infrastructure problem: customers had no way to see availability and take a slot themselves.
