BookifyLabs Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms that apply to BookifyLabs subscriptions and related services. BookifyLabs is a software platform operated by LUMINA AI LLC ('LUMINA AI LLC', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), registered at Besarion Zhgenti N49, Tbilisi, Georgia.
1. Refunds
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, payments made for BookifyLabs subscriptions are non-refundable. LUMINA AI LLC does not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused subscription time, or subscription periods that have already been billed, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Free Trial
BookifyLabs may offer a free trial period of one month to eligible new users, limited to once per person or business. Starting a free trial requires payment details to be provided in advance through Paddle. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the first billing period of the subscription plan you selected. That charge is treated the same as any other subscription payment under this policy, including under Section 1 (Refunds).
3. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their BookifyLabs subscription at any time. When a subscription is cancelled, the cancellation is scheduled to take effect at the end of the customer's current paid billing period. The customer will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period. After the current billing period ends, the subscription will be cancelled and no further subscription payments will be charged. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the customer to a refund or credit for the remaining unused portion of the current paid billing period, except where required by applicable law.
4. Prepaid Subscription Periods
If a customer prepays for multiple months or another extended subscription period, the Service will remain available until the end of the paid subscription period. Except where required by applicable law, cancelling a prepaid subscription does not entitle the customer to a refund or credit for unused time remaining in the prepaid period. No additional subscription payments will be charged after the prepaid subscription period ends unless the customer starts or renews a subscription.
5. Conversation Add-On Packs
Conversation add-on packs for the Booky AI assistant are one-time purchases and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Once a pack has been purchased and the conversations have been credited to the account, no refund, partial refund, or cash credit will be provided solely because the conversations have not been used. Purchased conversations do not expire. They are not reset at the end of a billing period and are not affected by a plan change, upgrade, or downgrade. Unused purchased conversations remain associated with the account if the subscription is cancelled and may become available again if the customer later resubscribes to a plan that includes the Booky AI assistant. Purchased conversations can only be used while the account is on a plan that includes the Booky AI assistant. Purchased conversations cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for a discount on a subscription, or paid out in cash. The monthly conversations included with a subscription are used before purchased conversations. Included conversations do not carry over between billing periods. Purchased conversations are permanently lost if the business account is deleted.
6. How to Cancel
Customers may cancel their subscription through the billing or account management section of BookifyLabs or by contacting BookifyLabs at [hello@bookifylabs.com](mailto:hello@bookifylabs.com). Cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with this policy and the applicable BookifyLabs Terms of Service.
7. Payment Processing
Payments for BookifyLabs subscriptions and related services, including free trial conversions, are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ('Paddle'), which acts as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. As merchant of record, Paddle is the seller responsible for invoicing customers, collecting payments, and handling applicable transaction taxes, and refunds are executed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's own refund processes. LUMINA AI LLC is responsible for determining the applicable BookifyLabs subscription and refund eligibility terms described in this policy, subject to any rights and obligations imposed by applicable law or by Paddle's own terms and policies.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise for your protection.
