What does "first month free" actually mean?
Whichever plan you choose, your first month costs nothing. It's a Paddle trial, so a card is required when you start it, and you're only charged if you're still subscribed when the free month ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Is creating an account free?
Yes. Signing up, adding your services, staff and hours costs nothing. You start a plan when you're ready for your booking page to go live to customers.
Is the cheapest plan a cut-down version?
No. Starter is the full booking system: your booking page, your calendar, unlimited staff and services, appointment management, confirmations and reminders. The paid tiers above it add locations, priority support and Booky — nothing is taken away from Starter.
Do I need Booky?
No. BookifyLabs is a booking system first — customers book themselves from your page whether Booky is on or not. Booky is for businesses who'd rather not answer the questions at all, and it only comes with Enterprise.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the billing page in your dashboard, at any time. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record.
Are there any other fees?
No setup fee, and no commission on your bookings. The monthly price is the price. Booky conversation packs are the only optional extra, and you'd have to buy one deliberately.
