Revenue and reports
Sales, tips, discounts, cancellations and an estimated profit, broken down by location, staff, service, category, product and payment method.
Where the numbers come from
Revenue is recorded when an appointment is completed through the completion screen, not when it is booked. If completed visits have not been billed yet, the page shows a warning with the count so you can finish them.
Periods
Choose today, this week, this month, this year or a custom range. Four standing totals stay visible regardless of the range you pick.
Key figures
- Total sales, completed appointments and average transaction.
- Tips collected and discounts given.
- Cancellation rate and no-show rate, based on appointment statuses.
Profit overview
Revenue minus the expenses recorded for the same period gives an estimated profit and margin. Recurring expenses are included through their projections, and expenses not tied to a location are listed as unallocated. Treat this as an estimate; it does not replace your accounts.
Breakdowns
The trend chart buckets sales by hour, day or month to match the range. Below it, revenue is split by location, staff, service, category, product and payment method, and expenses by category.
The Revenue page is available to owners and managers.
