Live preview

The preview on the right is your real booking page, so what you see is exactly what is saved. Use the top bar to switch surface: Location chooser, Booking page, Booking lookup and Booky chat. A viewport switcher lets you check phone and desktop widths, and Open the live page shows it in a new tab.

Business-wide or per location

Edit the business-wide theme, or switch to a single location to override parts of it. Anything you leave empty at location level falls back to the business-wide value. The page warns you before switching scope with unsaved changes.

Globals

Global tokens set the whole look in a few clicks: accent colours and their hover and tint variants, page and card backgrounds, text colours, border colours, error colours, corner radii, border thickness, spacing scale, shadows, and heading, body and monospace fonts with a base text size.

Elements

Turn on inspect mode and click any element in the preview, or search the list of named elements such as option cards, time slots, the recap bar, inputs, the confirmation code box or chat bubbles. Each element can override its background, text colour, border colour, corner radius, shadow, font and hover colour. Customised elements get a badge, and every field or element can be reset individually.

Content

• Company logo – upload an image or paste a URL, then set its height and alignment.
• Title images – a hero carousel with several images you can reorder, crop to cover or fit within the frame, and caption. Add alt text for accessibility.
• Booky's words – the chat window title, greeting heading, greeting message and a list of tappable conversation starters. Empty fields fall back to automatically translated defaults.

Save and reset

Save publishes a new version of your theme to every booking page immediately. Reset removes all customisations and returns to the default look.
