Sharing your booking page
Every active location has its own public booking link and QR code. Put them where your customers already are.
Your booking link
Open Sharing. Each active location shows its link in the form bookifylabs.com/book/your-business/your-location. Click the link to copy it, or use Open in new tab to see exactly what customers see. Filter by location with the header switcher.
QR code and printable flyer
Each location has a QR code that opens its booking page. Download QR code produces a ready-to-print A4 PDF flyer with your location name, the link and the code. Put it at the counter, in the window or on receipts.
Share to social and messaging
Share opens a panel with WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn and email, plus copy link and download as PNG. On phones the device's native share sheet is used where available, including the QR image. For Instagram, download the image and post it; on mobile the panel opens the Instagram library for you.
Where to put the link
- Your website's Book now button.
- Your Instagram, Facebook and Google Business profile links.
- Your email signature and WhatsApp Business greeting.
- Printed material via the QR flyer.
What customers can do
Customers pick services, a professional and a time, and confirm with their name and phone number. They receive a confirmation email and can later look up, move or cancel the booking with that phone number. Bookings can be made up to 60 days ahead by default.
